What is NLP?
Neuro Linguistic Programming has been studied formally for more than 25 years as a structured methodology for improving communications. The methodology is recognised as one of the best available systems of integrating the soft skills needed in modern management.
NLP explores the relationship between how we think (Neuro); how we communicate (Linguistic); and our patterns of behaviour (Programmes). NLP will provide you with practical tools and skills for the development of yourself, other individuals, teams and organisations.
