Henrie Lidiard has carried out significant academic research into enabling group and individual innovation. She works within a broad spectrum of coaching and training – with particular health service related expertise. She is a CIPD accredited Trainer, holds a professional qualification in 'Advanced Behavioural Modelling' and is a certified Spiral Dynamics Consultant.
Hazel Hyde
Hazel Hyde has 19 years experience of 'performance enhancement', 'change management', training, stress management, counselling and acting as a mentor/executive coach. She has spent 14 years working at all levels within the NHS. The proven principles, methods and techniques of NLP underpin all of Hazel's people-focused training initiatives.
David Forster
David Forster spent 15 years as a Research Scientist in human nutrition and neuro science. He is a highly experienced Trainer and ILM Centre Manager. David has worked in higher education, management and leadership development and executive coaching. He works with psychometric tests such as Quintax, 16PF, FIRO B, HJ17, Belbin Team Role Analysis, Spiral Dynamics and Language and Behavioural Profiling.
